[Android] PyTorch support #1
Description
- We added native support for PyTorch https://github.com/medtorch/Q-Aid-App/tree/master/android/app/src/main/java/com/medqaidapp .
- It fails to compile due to a fbjni linkage issue, similar to this one Android PyTorch conflict with the JNI (fbjni) of React Native pytorch/pytorch#43142
- We should somehow handle it in the build file: https://github.com/medtorch/Q-Aid-App/blob/master/android/app/build.gradle
