I am reluctant about the need of this page. It seems like many items belong to the already existing "Getting involved" page, so maybe you can just enrich that existing page with the missing items?

The squad journey stages are also mismatching the stages you added in the parallel PR you opened today, so I suggest consolidating them on the Roadmap page to match the GitHub project stages you created.

@Phil-Mwago I suggest we repurpose this PR to tackle #1750. I believe the community would benefit from understanding what a squad is, how to join one and how to form one. We can get inspired by the following resources from OpenMRS and adjust them with the CHT reality:

@Phil-Mwago I just found this document that was put together a few months ago when we started the squad approach. I think has very good language about "starting a squad" and the different statuses that would be good additions to the page you put together. I can incorporate langauge in another PR after this one is merged or you can do it directly here - let me know what you prefer and how can I support.
