Replace old UI screenshots in Reports section with new UI

The screenshots in the Reports Overview section still shows the old UI and needs to be updated with the current design.

What to do:

Replace the outdated screenshots in the Reports docs with new ones from the updated UI.
You can use the existing visual e2e tests for reports to generate the screenshots.
Alternatively, you can manually use the app and capture the screenshots.
Make the screenshots look as realistic as possible.
Why this matters:
Updating the screenshots will make the documentation clearer and more aligned with the current UI, improving the experience for users.
