Update docs with new `telemetry` entries

The CHT docs site contains information about what telemetry is collected. We should update this page based on the changes made in medic/cht-core#10332

Based on the changes in medic/cht-core#10371, we will need:

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
sidebar_filter:analytics:targets:open	Number of times the user opens the sidebar filter in Targets tab.
sidebar_filter:analytics:target_aggregates:facility:select	Number of times the user selected a new facility in the sidebar filter in Target Aggregates tab.
sidebar_filter:analytics:target_aggregates:reporting-period:select	Number of times the user selected a new reporting period the sidebar filter in Target Aggregates tab.
sidebar_filter:analytics:targets:reporting-period:select	Number of times the user selected a new reporting period the sidebar filter in Targets tab.
