ngmin is deprecated and ng-annotate is the recommended replacement (https://github.com/olov/ng-annotate).
From ng-annotate README.md:
"Grunt users can migrate easily by installing grunt-ng-annotate and replacing
ngminwithngAnnotatein their Gruntfile."
