[BUG] - Cookbook filter category "is not one of" only excludes recipes which have ONLY that category

• I already read the docs and didn't find an answer.

What is the issue you are experiencing?

When using the filter for category "is not one of" the filter doesn't exclude a recipe unless it only has that category - ie. If a recipe has multiple categories it won't be excluded from the search if one of those categories isn't the one that I'm excluding.

Steps to Reproduce

Pre-requisite: Recipes that have multiple categories

1. Filter a cookbook list with a "is not one of" type
2. See if any of the recipes in it have that category

Please provide relevant logs

No worries! btw I wrote that it would exclude that recipe if it ONLY had that category, which was a mistake sorry. It was a presumption from me as I didn't test that outcome. All I know is that the filter didn't exclude items that had the category I wanted to exclude from the results. I presumed because I have more than 1 category on all my recipes that's why it didn't work. Sorry for my inaccuracy of the issue diagnosis.
