[BUG] - PWA: screen changes orientation although the phone screen is locked to portrait mode

What is the issue you are experiencing?

The screen orientation of the PWA changes although the screen is locked.

Proposed solution (untested):
Change orientation in manifest to default (by removing the field).

Steps to Reproduce

App: Brave Android 1.69.153, Chromium 128.0.6613.85
OS: Android 12

1. Set phone to Portrait/Locked Mode
2. Open Mealie Website (e.g. Mealie Demo)
3. Add to Start Menu
4. Install
5. Open Mealie PWA
6. Rotate phone
