np.bool deprecated 

**Describe the bug**
`np.bool` was deprecated in v1.2, but the current `Verde` (v.1.7 .0) still uses it, but doesn't limit numpy's version to below v.1.2, causing an error. Until the next release of verse, we need to limit Numpy to below 1.20.
