Description
Bumps Node.js from v22 to v24.
Motivation
Node.js 22 comes bundled with npm 10, which has a bug affecting translated-content that omits optional dependencies in the
package-lock.json. (See: mdn/translated-content#30895)Also: Node.js v24 is the currently active LTS version.
