"Viewport API" and "Visual Viewport API" are not real specs

The "Visual Viewport API" sidebar has been removed in #40547. This PR removes the last remnant, which is the landing page, by subsuming its information into VisualViewport. It also removes links to a nonexistent API "Viewport API". I'm not sure how this even got into MDN: perhaps the Viewport interface was meant.
