The key name is perfect. I wrote out a suggestion to suggest multiple_sessions and then noticed you already did it. 😄
For the description, yours is fine, but maybe this still gets the point across in fewer words? I kinda think the "single browser instance" part is implied, but I don't feel strongly about it.

Thanks, I transferred your suggestion to the spreadsheet, and corrected "multiple sessions" (with space) to "multiple_sessions" there.
Now this is only blocked by #30625, to prevent the mass-exodus of web-features tags.
