Installation broken on Debian with python 3.11 / pip 23.0.1 (LTS)

Hello,
pip install bigfloat results in the attached error log. It looks like the cython does not compile, but I have never used cython myself so I can't give further insights. The latest libmpfr-dev apt package is installed.

Try switching to Cython 0.x; e.g. 0.29.26. That worked for me (using Ubuntu 22.04 here).
