Hotone Jogg

One of my friends said this will work for Hotone Jogg. Tested on 48kHz, 128 samples, Safe Mode turned on.

Highly recommended to enable "Safe Mode" in Buffer Settings of Jogg Control Panel (HOTONE AUDIO USB Audio Device Control Panel).
Make sure AltBaseChannel= in RS_ASIO.ini is set to 1.
