Automation of project structure updation using GitHub workflows and Python scripts

Description

I will be adding a detailed project structure(redirect in README.md) under the file named: PROJECT_STRUCUTURE.md.

NOTE:

1. Every time changes are pushed into the main branch, the workflow will run, and then the structure will be updated (if there are any changes).
2. The file will only reflect changes under the folder `website3.0'.(as asked)

This will help the contributors refer to the structure and make it easier to understand where to contribute.
