Updated Extension is not being rebuilt during startup, preventing access to a new feature

I use the ReActor extension. There was an update with a new feature. I'm unable to see this new feature. I also see in the log that the extension is not being rebuilt during startup, with the log message: [Debug] Don't need to rebuild extension src/Extensions/SwarmUI-FaceTools/SwarmUI-FaceTools.csproj, already built..

The only time I see extensions being rebuilt is after there has been a SwarmUI update, then everything gets rebuilt.

I'll not redundantly repeat the whole thing, instead the discussion about this is here.

As I say there, I'd rather not uninstall/reinstall unless I really have to.

Is there a way to trigger rebuilds of updated extensions without first needing a SwarmUI update to make that happen?

Since there's been a SwarmUI update, I restarted/updated/etc., the extension rebuilt and now it works.

So I'd like to change this to be a feature request instead:

If an extension is updated, trigger a rebuild of it on the next restart instead of relying on there being a SwarmUI update to do that.
