Build mcfi on ubuntu-18.04

Hi,

Is there any dependency (gcc, clang version) to build mcfi?
I tried to build mcfi on a ubuntu-18.04 with gcc-7 and clang-3.5 (which mentioned on README.md) but failed to build with a segfault.

Hi, thanks for your interest. Please use ubuntu 14.04 if all possible, and follow the instructions in the readme.md file to build.
