I updated the installation of packages by changing 2 things:
slicer.util.pip_installAlso fixed a small bug, as I got an error when trying to output my data into the current working directory (viewed from Slicer point of view).
Changed the test to remove fixed paths and to align the test images to the Sample Data 'MRHead'.
