Welcome to the GitHub repository for the Object Oriented Programming course, CSE111, at Brac University for the Summer 2024 semester.
This course is taught in JAVA by our esteemed instructors:
- Theory: Mr. Salman Sayeed Khan
- Laboratory: Ms. Marshia Nujhat & Ms. Syeda Umme Salma
- Actually, I learned it myself, reading books. No one spoon fed me.
The learning materials are primarily from a book (Thanks to Mr. Salman Sayeed Khan sir for the book) and more.
- Cheating: Cheating in any form will not be tolerated in this course. All assignments and projects are to be completed individually unless specified otherwise.
- Stealing: Using someone else's work without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Plagiarism: Copying someone else's work and passing it off as your own is not allowed.
- Proper Attribute and Recognition of Author: If you use someone else's work as a reference, you must give them proper credit.
Dear fellas,
I would like to take a moment to emphasize the importance of academic integrity in this course. It is crucial that the work you submit is your own. While it's perfectly fine to seek help and learn from others, plagiarism—the act of copying someone else's work and presenting it as your own—is strictly prohibited.
Remember, the goal of this course is not just to get a good grade, but to learn and grow as a programmer. Every assignment is an opportunity for you to improve your skills. When you plagiarize, you're only cheating yourself out of this learning experience.
So, I kindly request all of you to respect the hard work of others and always give credit where it's due. Let's make this a fair and enriching journey for everyone.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
