Add support for Generic Class Mappings

As a developer I want support for the usage of generic types in the
NHibernate mapping files.

See this example:

With the current version of the Nhibernate plugin for ReSharper you will
get the following error:

Type 'Cei.eMerge.Common.Range`1[System.DateTime], Cei.eMerge.Common' could
not be resolved.

If you change it to the following in the mapping:

<component name="DateTimeRange" 
class="Cei.eMerge.Common.Range`1[[System.DateTime,
mscorlib]], Cei.eMerge.Common" access="field.camelcase-underscore" >

Using double brackets and adding the name of the assembly where System.DateTime 
can 
be located then I no longer get the error saying that the type could not be 
resolved
but I still get errors on the properties:

"Getter for property 'Start' not found in class 'UNDEFINED'."
"Getter for property 'End' not found in class 'UNDEFINED'."
