Support for transformed values.

Hello, it looks like getBoxQuads currently doesn't consider cases where the elements are CSS-transformed, and doesn't consider the z axis. It would be nice to add this. :}

I didn't know your work here existed until today, but I also started a geometry-interfaces polyfill, which currently only has DOMMatrix (and related), which I'm using in a 3D library.

Would you be interested in updating DOMQuad, etc, and merging into the geometry-interfaces repo? I can cherry-pick your existing commits into the repo so it gives you credit, and can add you as a contributor (give you permissions to the repo). Let me know what you think. :}

Hello! I doubt that I will work on this polyfill in the near future. But, if you want, you can cherry-pick my code and use it in your library. Feel free to do whatever you may need with it :)

I did not work on a polyfill for this, but on an API to calculate these points for a designer application.

Problem is, it only works for HTMLElements, cause SVGElements and MathML do not have the offset... Properties, wich are needed for the calculation (with them you can add the placement offset of an element inside of it's container)
