I am currently receiving mavlink messages for which a handler exists provided by a plugin but the CRC is false.

Logging issues with the framing details at this point would be useful for debugging reasons.

@TSC21 I am currently working with mavros for my studies and once I have my issues sorted I will contribute to this issue.

The 'console_bridge' logger would catch such issues, but I am not able to set the console_bridge's logging level.
