Re-order the table of Mautic commands to make clear what is the command-name and what is an alias. Next-step: If the community is using commonly more an alias than the actual name, we should refactor the commands by swapping name and alias for a future release (make sure to update these table as well).

This PR brings all the work from the main branch into the 5.x branch in readiness for the alpha release.
