This pull request updates the project to version 0.3.0 and refreshes a number of dependencies to their latest compatible versions. The changes primarily focus on dependency upgrades for improved stability, security, and compatibility, as well as updating version metadata across the project files.

Version and Metadata Updates:

  • Bumped the project version from 0.2.0 to 0.3.0 in Dockerfile and package.json to reflect the new release. [1] [2]

Core dependencies:

  • Upgraded bullmq from 5.71.0 to 5.73.0, which may include bug fixes and performance improvements. [1] [2]

Build and parsing tools:
