Add Scroll-by-Zoom to ImageWidget. Ctrl+MouseWheel. This will enhance the user experience and make navigating the image more efficient.

Get rid of right-click menu and double right click to restore to fill. Actual zoom should be selectable from the top menu bar with the other buttons. Also setup widget to allow enable / disable of zoom functionality. This will make the ImageWidget more functional in other scenarios

Keep right click menu, add 3rd mouse wheel navigation too
