* Changing PHP CLI to 5.6 in both containers and added composer * Removed additional line in index files * Update the timezones used within our container to Europe/London (#15) * Update the timezones used within our container to Europe/London * Updated expected values for 16.04 * Correctly formatted PHP time commands * Stop updating system time * Tested locally * Update test commands * Update 14.04 test values
