Add semaphore-based concurrency control for evalite.each() to limit the number of variants that run concurrently. This enables:
- API rate limit management when comparing multiple models
- Cost control by running expensive variants sequentially or in batches
- Resource management for large-scale evaluations
Usage:
evalite.each(variants, { parallelLimit: 2 })("Compare", { ... })
Implementation uses Vitest beforeAll/afterAll hooks with a shared semaphore per variant group to control concurrent execution while maintaining backward compatibility.
