Strange colon with <dl><dd>

Seems like this is intended behavior from #172 / #173, which references following the PHP Markdown Extra syntax: https://michelf.ca/projects/php-markdown/extra/#def-list

OK, that's weird. I have documents with dl dd and that's not the best way to display them in text. At least I can customize it with the lib.
