It is not under npm i systemjs-plugin-raw. 🌷

If you have jspm setup you can just run:

jspm install raw

But we should also add an npm version like plugin-css.

I'm only using systemjs but not jspm for the project I'm working on, so would like to avoid adding jspm as dependency. 🌷
