we are currently in the process of merging the boojum-branch into the main.
And the 'prover' directory is fully merged, that's why I'd suggest changing this PR to add these into 'main' branch first (and then we'll bring them over to boojum-branch when we sync)

This PR expands the documentation on how to run the stack with the CPU prover, also adding a small script that will automatically generate the setup data needed so it's more streamlined.
