[Bug]: metadata_scan seems broken

Actual Behavior

Seem select metadata_scan('db.t', '*') returned wrong results. It is not clear to me whether this is
due to new bug introduced in fengttt-sumavg PR, or it is a real bug.

Expected Behavior

table_func_metadata_scan.sql test case.

run the test.
