`timeline::tests::encryption::test_false_positive_late_decryption_regression` is failing intermittently

This test has failed intermittently in https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk/pull/4824/, but can't get the link to the doc. The UTD was still a UTD, if I remember correctly. Good luck @BillCarsonFr, we're all counting on you!
