lacking documentation on admin

I am a simple user who selfhost tuwunnel on its server and I am banging my head on how to manage my instance like create users from a client like element x.

I am surely lacking some bases like how to access an admin room.

Some help somewhere in the docs would be greatly appreciated.

Tangentially, I would like to have a tutorial/guide for new server admins. I am working on adding Tuwunel to Proxmox via Proxmox Community Scripts, and would like to link to such a document.
