Order the segment parameter values alphabetically by default and allow changing the order

Currently it seems that the values of the segment parameter in all the reports are not in any logical order.

I suggest to order them alphabetically by default and in addition, allow changing the order like in other control fields.

Hi @aleksijohansson, thanks for another suggestion. We can definitely order them alphabetically, that would certainly be an improvement. We might not be able to allow a custom order however, except possibly through your other suggestion.
