Are you sure those requests a preformed directly by the mobile app?
If they a performed by the OpenAI servers, we should more likely consider this as bot / AI Assistant 🤔

I installed the app on Android, and I get this (when requested to create a link so i can open):

The version number does match with ChatGPT app - https://www.google.com/search?q=1.2025.322
