Replace NPM_TOKEN secret with GitHub Actions OIDC-based trusted publishing. This removes the need for long-lived npm tokens and bypasses OTP requirements for CI publishing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
