On Opera the MathMenu triggering region only partially covers the math #48
Description
When I visit the MathJax sample page - http://www.mathjax.org/mathjax/test/sample.html - and right-click on equations to bring up the MathJax menu there are significant areas where the default browser context-menu appears instead.
The MathMenu triggering region seems to match the bounding-box of the first absolutely positioned element in the rendered HTML.
This issue doesn't appear on any other browsers.
