Safe extension

Just opening an issue for the "Safe" extension.
At the moment, I only wrote these tests:

Configuration/Safe/size-1.html
Configuration/Safe/size-2.html

It looks like the filterURL function is missing from the filter object for MathML. A quick look at the RelaxNG schema:

Well, that was pretty dumb of me! I guess it was lost during the re-organization of the code. I have added the missing filtering. Thanks for spotting that!

This does not make the == reftests fail, but I noticed that:

• In Configuration/Safe/classes-1.html, using "MJX-safe" produces a weird rendering.
• In Configuration/Safe/require-1.html and Configuration/Safe/require-2.html, it does not seem possible to disable the verb extension (perhaps because it is auto-loaded?)

OK, it turns out that I didn't look carefully enough at the handling of MJX-* classes. The way they work is that there are a bunch of special case MJX- forms (like MJX-TeXatom), but anything else gets turned into a mathvariant (since there are a bunch of ones like MJX-tex-caligraphic, and MJX-tex-oldstyle and MJX-STIX-variant). So MJX-safe is making mathvariant be -safe, and so it acts like mathvariant="normal".

So either I have to make the MathML input handle all the variants explicitly, or change Safe to pass MJX- and something else "safe" to be used by contributors to the page. (Or not provide any special safe class.) An alternative would be MJ-*. If we make such a change, I would recommend changing the safe css ID to correspond to it.

Yes, that is correct. The safeRequire is just for \require{}, not for extensions that are loaded automatically. So I suppose it is unnecessary to list those ones in the safeRquire list.
