Remove v1.0-warning

Since we are well past the v1.0-to-v1.1 upgrade, where the configuration process changed, it should be OK to remove the configuration warning. At this point, it is just a point of confusion for users who don't have control of the web site.

The issue445 branch of my fork of MathJax removes the warnings.
