[4.1.3] [SVG] extra space after `$\implies$`

I think the following is a small regression in 4.1.3.

E.g. Case (i) $\implies$ (ii): let's consider... (which is an all too common pattern) now looks like this

on www.mathjax.org#demo. IIUC, the inline-linebreaking creates the extra space.

The total amount of space for the expression is correct; it actually that the arrow is shifted to the left (the space before it is being lost without affecting the total space).

This is another case where the MathML idea of an embellished operator screws things up for MathJax. I will look into it further, but a quick work-around is to use E.g. Case (i) ${\implies}$ (ii): let's consider... instead. Adding the extra braces changes how the embellished operator is handled.

I have made a PR to resolve the issue. It turns out that when the math node is itself an embellished operator, the SVG output would still process it for internal line breaks, which is not correct. The solution is to skip marking inline breaks in that case.

I can make you a patch if you want a solution in the meantime. Version 4.2 is being prepared, but is not imminent. It will include the localization update, and there is still a lot of translation to be done.
