Firstly, you need to create a MySQL database, and a Redis server.
you're supposed to create a new user and give it the authorization to access this database.
Then change the username&password, in application.yml,
then you can just try to run the back-end.
Install the Vue modules is required, then run vue ui in the fore folder.
This command will start a vue project manager server, and pop a web page,
Then click the fourth tab left, then run the project through the green button.
