This adds a
Polygon.frommethod which can createPolygonobjects fromGeoShapeobjects, with a specifiedresolution. This makes it easy to turn circles, arcs, ellipses, etc. into polygons.Couldn't decide whether to call it
from,shape, or something else, but happy to rename.
