Avoid Compilation Error in torch >= 2.8 #626

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
PINA with a torch version >= 2.8 fails to compile the physics-based model. In the issue #621, it is reported that the cause is a torch behaviour. In the meantime it will be useful to have a fix (basically avoid compilation) so that tests can run smoothly.
