reformat

simplification

- removing vars table
- adding banner view
- adding wordid table

Use Views instead of Tables.

removing obfuscation, renaming tables (no h_ prefix)

Massive rewrite:

- hide and reveal letters with recursive quesy instead of triggers
- calculate number of failures with a query instead of a trigger
- only show failed letters as correct ones appear in a word
- get rid of almost all triggers!!!
- don't generate ABC
- don't use BLOBs anymore

minor fixes: names, abc

- tables rename h_state to h_vars
- variable rename 'renderword' to 'question'
- recursive query to generate ABC
