Scroll position after page transition should be resetted

In order to be on top of the new page, the scroll position should be resetted

Maybe this can be quite easily fixed by adding window.scrollTo(0, 0); to the concepts/transition/js/transition.js?

Tried this on branch fix_#5_scrollToTop_after_transition, but doesn't seem to be the right solution. @jonasjabari, can you give it a look?

We decided not to make the "scroll position reset" a default behaviour so the user (developer) of matestack-ui-core has more fine-grained control on how and where the scroll position is being changed.

With #456, the scroll position is reset on page loads.
