[BottomSheetDialogFragment] LayoutId in constructor

Since https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/150327080 it is possible to use LayoutId in DialogFragments, it would be nice to be able to do the same with BottomSheetDialogFragment.

From what I saw in the code, in order to support this in BottomSheetDialogFragment, first AppCompatDialogFragment needs to support it.

Because BottomSheetDialogFragment is a subclass of AppCompatDialogFragment, and AppCompatDialogFragment is a subclass of DialogFragment.

DialogFragment already supports LayoutId in constructor.
But not AppCompatDialogFragment and BottomSheetDialogFragment.

So I opened this issue https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/188119987.
Feel free to start it, in order to get more attention.

Just to give some news, with https://android-review.googlesource.com/1717811, AppCompatDialogFragment got support for the LayoutId in the constructor.
After that goes stable in the AppCompat, it will be much easier for BottomSheetDialogFragment to also get support for the LayoutId in the constructor.

AppCompat version 1.4.0-alpha02 was just released, and it has
"Added AppCompatDialogFragment constructor that takes a layout ID (Icbf22, b/188119987)"

So I opened #2237 that fixes this issue.
