Rendering monochrome DCS and DCS6 (8x8 and 16x16) icons

There are many BASIC programs that are compatible with the CE that have monochrome icons. Checking for the length of the string after the :DCS header (16 characters vs 256 characters) could enable rendering of monochrome 8x8 icons, and checking for the :DCS6 followed by 64 characters could enable rendering of the monochrome 16x16 icons.
