Update library with Typesript types definitions, and improves and simplify some methods

The PR contains mainly

• the typescript types definitions file, furthermore,
• include many improves, refactor and simplify many functions.
• There is a call the login automatically functionality,
• an connectWS function to get the authenticated WS
• an wsSend function to wrap the ws send function to check the connection, and ensure send data when the socket connection was established.
• Include a subscribeMarketdata function to make the subscription by the ws to get the RT market data info.
  Some changes are BREAKING CHANGES please analyze carefully
