Add Kubernetes cluster bundle #5
Description
Create a Kubernetes cluster bundle.
Should include:
- Cloud-agnostic or cloud-specific implementations (EKS/GKE/AKS)
- Standard cluster configuration parameters
- Network connection requirements
- Produces kubernetes-cluster artifact for applications to consume
This is a foundational bundle that many application bundles will depend on.
