Add missing `Java.Lang.Record` class in JNet

The following class shall be excluded due to missing Java.Lang.Record in JNet:

• org.apache.kafka.connect.util.ConnectorTaskId
• org.apache.kafka.raft.LogAppendInfo

java.lang.Record is available from JDK LTS 17 and currently JNet reflects classes available in JDK LTS 11. The reason is simple: most of the methods available in JDK 11 are available in latest JDK LTS versions, so the possibility to invoke a method not available is reduced to the minimum.
It is possible to upgrade the reflection schema and use the latest LTS version, however JNet, and its derived products, can use any combination of JDK distributions at runtime and many method invocation can fail while a program is executing.

It is possible to identify, at runtime, the feature level using the property java.vm.specification.version and/or using the version method of java.lang.Runtime: JCOBridge exposes the FeatureLevel, however it is a value identified at runtime.

A possibility is to create some delta packages like JNet17, JNet21 and so on: each version contains only the delta from the previous LTS version and shall be installed if the version of the JDK is predefined.
