An end-to-end Data Science project with statistical theory explanations behind each section. Created five machine learning models to forecast sales for Rossmann, a major European drug-store chain firm. Predictions can be accessed by users through a bot from the smartphone app Telegram.

Using supervisioned machine learn model and learning to Rank metrics to evaluate customers with high probabilities to be in churn. Churn rate is one of the biggest expenditures of any organization, so with this model in production we can take actions to avoid customer churn and increase ROI% by ranking which client would the company give a gift card to and how much that amount would be, in order to maximize ROI.

House Rocket is a Real Estate Flipping Houses business that goes on digital platform to buy and sell houses by using technology. My goal was to help the company find the best business opportunities in the real estate market using Exploratory Data Analysis. The CEO of House Rocket would like to maximize the company's revenue by finding good business opportunities.
The main objetives of this project are:
- Perform exploratory data analysis on properties available on the dataset.
- Determine which properties should be purchased according to business criteria.
